Matty — IT Technician
Matthew has always had an interest in computer gaming and building bespoke computer systems for gaming, following this he decided he wanted to work in an IT role that would let him develop these skills and venture further in to the IT support industry.
To reach his career in his chosen industry Matthew attended Lincoln University where he achieved his BSc in Games Computing.
After a number of intern placements within the gaming and computer industry Matthew chose to enter the IT support industry as a technician where he will be able to utilise his current skills whilst developing in other areas of IT support.
Providing first line of support and assisting with the building and repairing of systems Matthew finds himself in a position to quickly develop his skills and see what other areas of IT support are available.
When not at work Matthew is a keen computer gamer whilst enjoying watching rugby and going to see live comedy.

Today we have experienced multiple clients calling us regarding a Vodafone virus scam.
Emails are being received with the subject "You have received a new message" with a zipped folder pretending to contain a picture message.
