Kevin Allan — Senior Technician
Kevin has been involved with the IT industry for many years, gaining qualifications in IT support, database design and systems design. After gaining the Comptia Certified Professional qualification Kevin is now completing the latest Microsoft Professional Qualification.
Kevin has developed a range of skills during his time in the industry, choosing to focus on system maintenance and the software management arena of IT for both the commercial and domestic sector.
Employed as Senior Technician, Kevin manages the build, fix and repair operations of LaneSystems, ensuring that all machines developed are the ideal specification for their purpose.
Kevin ensures that all systems suffer minimal down time though organising the fault logging portal, parts management and system procurement structure within the technical workshop.
