Dave Roberts — IT Support Engineer
At an early age Dave discovered his passion for all things technology and decided to focus his studies towards securing a positive future in the IT industry.
To secure his career in IT Dave attended Teesside University and graduated with a degree in Computing and Networks. During the course Dave spent a year on placement within an IT department practicing the theory learnt and choosing his specialist area.
After been exposed to the varying roles of an IT department Dave decided working within an IT consultancy would suit his interests and personality due to the varying technological challenges brought with every client.
Working in the heart of the technical team Dave provides proactive maintenance to all clients ensuring all systems are running as expected.
Outside of work Dave enjoys a varied set of hobbies from mountain biking to travelling and even finding the time to write his own short stories that he aims to one day have published.

Today we have experienced multiple clients calling us regarding a Vodafone virus scam.
Emails are being received with the subject "You have received a new message" with a zipped folder pretending to contain a picture message.
