LaneSystems was established in Teesside in 1994 as a retail shop, dealing with the general public as well as businesses providing fix and repair solutions.
After seven years of trading and monitoring the industry a shift in business direction happened, aligning LaneSystems perfectly to offer full service IT Support to SME's.
In 2003 LaneSystems expanded moving in to new, larger offices and added a number of employees in various roles within the company.
The move to new offices in the Stockton area allowed for both professional and personal development of the LaneSystems team as new roles were adopted and larger contracts won.
The new found space and resources then allowed for greater focus on providing first class IT Support to SME's whilst permitting a dedicated team for domestic IT support.
LaneSystems developed new strategies and aims as they grew, the key focus being to become your IT Business Partner working with your business operations acting as your IT managers, aligning your IT infrastructure to suit your business requirements.
Removing the stress that IT can bring to our clients, they look to us to take full responsibility of all IT systems in their organisation, including long term planning, management and day to day support.
Working at the sites of our clients or in the LaneSystems technical workshop, we are able to offer a diverse range of IT support to suit the specific requirements of each client.

Today we have experienced multiple clients calling us regarding a Vodafone virus scam.
Emails are being received with the subject "You have received a new message" with a zipped folder pretending to contain a picture message.
